RESEARCH

Generally, I am interested in the ecology and evolution of bats. My most recent work has focused on how aspects of echolocation and locomotion become integrated during development. Using these developmental patterns, I attempt to answer questions regarding the evolution of echolocation and flight in these mammals. Additionally, I am interested in how bats utilize resources across the landscape and how this information can inform with regards to management strategies.
